The Assorted Railroads black & white collection is now made possible through the inexpensive means of digital reproduction. Rather than spending thousands of dollars on individual photographs, this collection comes to you on affordable CD media. As always, NMRO products are free to use without restriction except for proper crediting of its source.

The Assorted B&W collection covers the time period from 1973 through 1990. The majority of the CD covers Green Mountain Railroad with a heavy emphasis on their short-lived Ashuelot Branch operation (86 images) as well as 104 images of subjects between North Walpole, NH and Chester, VT. Also showing are images from Amtrak (36), Conrail (27), Boston & Maine (78), Central Vermont (45), Delaware & Hudson (46), Claremont & Concord (30). The rest of the collection is split up in small amounts of a multitude of other railroads from around the northeast including such as Battenkill, MBTA, New Hampshire & Vermont, Winnipesaukee Railroad, Canadian National, New England Central and too many more to list.

The Assorted Railroads collection is being presented to you in its entirety. It includes roster images, scenic views and technical photos such as track and signals. It comprises everything from the best to the worst, as there was no reason to leave anything out, as one man's trash is another's treasure. The majority of images are a minimum of 3800 pixels wide (or tall) with some having been, reduced, color corrected and/or enhanced as needed.
